Day 2 in Paris! We arrived at Hotel des Invalides, which houses the Musee de l’Armee (Army Museum) and Napoleon’s Tomb. We learned a lot about the French Resistance and the major impact of Charles de Gaulle in World War II.

The Cathedrale Saint-Louis des Invalides (above and following 3 pictures) was very elaborate! Behind the glass partition at the altar and crucifix resides the mausoleum and Tomb of Napoleon (as seen in the 4th picture).
